KOI Property Management provides frustrated property owners, bank financed property owners, mortgage broker, property management companies, apartment complexes, out-of-state property owners of condos and single family dwellings who are struggling, stuck, or just not getting their properties leased fast enough, and would like to attract more qualified leasing clients even in this tough economy with a solution to their leasing challenges. Property owners who live in another physical residence and you are having difficulties in leasing a condo or single family dwelling to a good quality tenant. KOI focuses on property owners who are interested leasing property for one year lease or more. Tenants will be under an agreement to lease property for one year. Most of our tenants are corporate clients from companies such as Texas Instruments, L-3 Communications, Lock Heed Martin, ATT, Fed Ex (just to name a few) and are looking to lease a property for at least one year contract. KOI Property Management is committed to achieving the production of good quality tenants & superior client satisfaction. We will do extensive background checks on tenants, and we guarantee your tenant for a term of one year, agreed in a lease agreement. Our companies focus is helping clients interested in leasing condos and single family dwellings get their properties leased quicker usually in 2 weeks. There are no up-front costs. Our fees are 1st month’s rent. If at any time property owner not satisfied with our services you can cancel the 45 day exclusive agreement.
